PHMacaw Terms and Conditions for Safe Online Gaming

Unless the law requires otherwise, PHMacaw is not responsible for losses caused by a player voluntarily sharing credentials or failing to use reasonable security precautions.

If a game disconnects, the provider's recorded state determines whether the round completed, resumed, or was cancelled. Closing a browser or losing a connection does not automatically void a wager already accepted by PHMacaw. Players should check their transaction and game history before attempting the same action again.

PHMacaw may suspend a product for maintenance, safety, compliance, or operational reasons. Where practical, players will receive reasonable information about a material interruption. Nothing in these conditions transfers ownership of PHMacaw content or provider technology to a player. Unauthorised use may result in account restrictions and any other remedy available under applicable law.
